Park City Gallery Stroll: During the last Friday of every month, the Park City Gallery Association offers a unique showcase of our talented artists and takes you through a walking tour of special events and exhibits.
Paul Draper – Mysteries of the Mind: Paul Draper performs mind reading and magic on November 17 at the historic Egyptian Theatre. This all-ages show will shock, amaze and entertain audiences. For more events and information about the Egyptian Theatre, take a look at our previous blog post!
Winter Classics Music Festival: The extremely talented Park Chamber Music society will be performing songs from classic composers such as Beethoven and Mozart during the upcoming winter months. Stay tuned for more details.
Deer Valley Celebrity Ski Fest: Stars from television, film and the Olympic games show their skills and raise money for the Waterkeeper Alliance charity during December 7-10.
Sprint US Snowboarding and Freeskiing Grand Prix: See the world’s top skiers perform in slopestyle as well as snowboarding and freeskiing halfpipe. With over $375,000 in prizes on the line, this will be a highly competitive event. Competition runs from December 21-22.
The Utah Olympic Oval Halloween events: There are a variety of great Halloween events at the oval during the next few months. On October 26, the Oval is hosting a trick or treat indoor street where you can walk around in your favourite costume and collect treats from community vendors and businesses. If you’re not in a spooky mood, there’s also “Cosmic Curling” on Mondays, which uses black lights and neon to make curling even more fun!
Sundance Film Festival: Although America’s premier film festival isn’t until January 17-27 next year, tickets sell out fast and accommodation books out quickly so it’s best to be prepared as early as possible. Even if you’re not attending the festival, this is a great time to visit Park City and there are usually many celebrity spottings in the area.

Meyer Gallery: Located in the former First National Bank of Utah building built in 1890, the Meyer Gallery was established in 1965 and represents both renowned and emerging artists. It is open late on most days.
Gallery MAR: This unique collection of modern art includes everything from landscapes to bronze sculptures. They specialize in non-commercial work and have a warm and inviting atmosphere with friendly attentive staff.
Julie Nester Gallery: Named after a local enthusiast with over 15 years experience, the Julie Nester Gallery is located in the Iron Horse District and supports artists of all fields. Their collection includes original paintings, mixed media prints, photography and sculpture. It was named “Best Art Gallery in Utah” in 2005 by Salt Lake Magazine.
